What is a Pulstar?

The Pulstar guitar is a patented update of a concept that was born in the avant-garde creative climate of the late 1960s. The Pulstar is a guitar with a built-in "light show" --a partially-transparent guitar body, which lights updepending upon the music being played on the guitar. This electronic circuitry is what sets Pulstar guitars apart from any other guitars anywhere else in the universe.
Pulstar guitars feature a 100% solid-state color organ circuit with 30 high-intensity LED’s mounted behind transparentpanels that diffuse and magnify the effect of the light circuits. Pulstar’s LED’s are powered by a single 9-volt battery, which can be easily changed in a few seconds. The battery box is flush-mounted with the rear of the GUITAR body, where it is easily accessed in seconds, without unstrapping the guitar.
The Pulstar guitar is completely self-contained, with no external power supply. The patented ergonomically-designed body and headstock are user-friendly to hold and play. The Pulstar weighs only 6 1/2 pounds!
Each Pulstar guitar comes standard with a premium hardshell case.
